2025 will be broken into 3 periodized training blocks which have been structured to work in-line with both Club and Provincial programming.
Back-to-Basics Program - 6 x Sessions (Indoor)
Spring Program - 12 x Sessions (Outdoor)
Fall Program - 12 x Sessions (Outdoor)
